Daniel Tharp
Daniel Tharp was the 2016-2018 Prose Fellow at the University of Notre Dame, where he received his Master of Fine Arts degree; he received his B.A. and his M.A. from Pittsburg State University in 2014 and 2016, respectively. His essay, “Thomas McGonigle: A Lineage of Literary Intimidation,” was the lead essay of The Hollins Critic, June 2017. Mr. Tharp came to TJ in 2018, and currently teaches Upper School English and Creative Writing.
