A Joplin native, Natalie Wiseman received a Bachelor’s degree in Art from Missouri Southern State University in 1991. She has worked as a professional artist for 30 years, showing and selling work in regional, national and International exhibitions. Mrs. Wiseman holds memberships in the National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society as well as the International Guild of Realism. Her work appears in the Acrylic Works 7 publication as well as in Fine Art Connoisseur. Hands-on experience in the art field will be applied in the classroom to guide students in developing their own unique creative voices, building proficiency in technique, enhancing critical thinking skills and growing an appreciation for the layers of cultural relevance built upon classical art traditions.
