Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences for the 1st Quarter of the 2023-2024 school year are scheduled for Thursday, October 26th, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
Welcome to TJ’s online conference scheduling system. It’s easy to sign-up for conferences with all of your children’s teachers:
Step 1: Select Division (Upper, Middle, or Lower School, or Early Childhood).
Step 2: Select the teacher and the date.
Step 3: Select the date (only October 26).
Step 4: Select the time, and enter your name, child’s name, and your e-mail address. After clicking the “confirm appointment” button, select another teacher and conference time.
Last Step: Print your list of conferences and receive confirmation e-mails. Use the “Print All” link to print all conferences together.
Once you’ve scheduled your conferences, you will receive confirmation e-mail messages. You will also receive reminder e-mail messages two days prior to the conferences. Return to the site anytime and print a list of conferences or cancel/reschedule conferences. Use your e-mail address to log in (top right corner of the page).

If you were not able to schedule conference appointments, please contact your child’s teachers directly.
This year we will also be providing two sessions for Blackbaud Portal support. Molly Williams and Shauna Tharp will go through the basics of navigating the Portal as a parent. There will be an opportunity to ask questions about the Portal, too. They will be offered at 8am and 5:30pm in room 134, and will last about a half hour each.
