Prior to coming to TJ in 1998, Debie Donica worked for a long-established Four-states CPA firm.  In her capacity as a public accountant, she worked for three previous TJ business managers before taking the position herself in 1998.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an accounting emphasis from Missouri Southern State University.
