Lauden Baker Joined TJ in 2023 as the External Relations Coordinator, and in 2024, he transitioned to the role of Director of Development and Alumni Engagement. Lauden is an Honors graduate from Missouri Southern State University (MSSU) and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication-Public Relations in 2016. After spending years working in Marketing and Event Management for non-profits in both Joplin and Oklahoma City, OK, Lauden spent two years working in the film industry, both as crew and in an Executive Assistant/Marketing capacity. In 2023, he and his wife Marriah moved back to Joplin to be closer to their families and connect with his hometown community. Lauden also serves on MSSU’s Alumni Board.
